2. Description of Service
WithYou is a synchronized video-watching platform that allows users to watch content together in real time over the internet. The Service includes room creation, screen sharing, voice chat, and related features.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@dexic.tech if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to share content that infringes intellectual property rights, is unlawful, harmful, or violates any third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
6. Subscriptions & Billing
WithYou offers a Free plan at no cost and a paid Pro plan billed monthly or annually. All fees are in USD. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Dexic and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dexic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
